The Archaeology Lab Expedition is Montpelier’s week-long curatorial participatory program. This is a week-long hands-on volunteer and educational experience in which you will work side-by-side with professional archaeologists as you learn the techniques to process, catalog, and preserve the artifacts found on the the Montpelier property. The program runs from 5pm on Sunday to 7:30pm Friday. Participants have the option to stay in the on-site dormitory-style accommodations at the Arlington House or make their own accommodations at a nearby hotel.
